Regional Director of Rehabilitation / Senior DOR — Full-time position with Aegis Therapies. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community. Location: Rose Garden Care Center, Pasadena, CA. Pay: $52,110 to $110,975 per year. Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement and monitor operations for overall quality, effectiveness, and financial viability. Collaborate with the Rehab Team to ensure operational and clinical functions deliver desired results across the defined area. Lead development, retention, hiring, performance management, compensation, and engagement of therapy staff. Partner with HR resources as needed. Implement an optimal staffing plan. Oversee clinical competency of therapy staff and the implementation of core programs, clinical resources, and applicable specialty products within sites. Deliver patient care and/or clinical supervision to meet patient goals as prescribed by medical doctors and determined by evaluation and treatment plans. Ensure care delivery complies with license requirements. Ensure staff are properly licensed and trained in skilled therapy documentation; perform reviews for documentation quality and billing integrity; some reviews may be delegated to credentialed team members. Assist customers within the designated geography with outreach and program development to meet customer needs. Partner with sales and marketing to develop new business opportunities. Ensure and validate customer satisfaction through strategic planning, growth, problem resolution and relationship management. Oversee territory compliance with accurate documentation and billing of therapy services, including addressing denials. Coordinate with HR administration and supervisory staff to ensure annual compliance requirements are met. (California specific) Therapy Assistants in this role do not treat. Meetings attended by the DOR (e.g., PPS or MDS) are for information sharing only. Therapy Assistant DOR shares information with treating therapists to inform clinical decisions. Qualifications

Current license in the state of practice (Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology). Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years preferred. Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience. Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six months. Experience managing budgets preferred. Ability to travel with overnight stays. Benefits
