The General Manager is responsible for hosting outstanding guest experiences, managing operational details, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role leads by example and nurtures a team of passionate individuals committed to meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities
Lead hospitality and guest experience initiatives to surpass expectations Manage operational intricacies and drive overall restaurant performance Model a culture of excellence and coach a team to deliver high-quality work Maintain a sharp focus on details and ownership of outcomes Collaborate with leadership to create an atmosphere steeped in hospitality What We're Looking For
3-5 years’ relevant restaurant experience Intuitive understanding of full service, casual upscale restaurant service Strong financial acumen (P&L, COGs, labor, operations) Accurate cash handling and reconciliations Extensive food and beverage knowledge Technical proficiency with reservation platforms, inventory systems, and POS State-required food safety certifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel Strong organizational, prioritization, and forward-planning abilities Effective people management experience Internal drive to achieve excellence and deliver high-quality work Benefits
