Organizational Change Management Lead
Salary: Open + Bonus Location: Chicago, IL or Coppell, TX Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote *We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role* Qualifications
7+ years of experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. This includes experience with cross-functional initiatives (digital transformation, business transformation, and integration projects a plus) Experience in conducting organizational assessments and incorporating change management principles, methodologies and tools Strong analytical skills, process and detail orientation Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and active listening abilities Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization Preferred
Prosci change management certification or related Financial services, Banking industry experience Responsibilities
Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Complete change management assessments and identify resistance points Partner with Project/Program managers to document current state, future state and gap analysis to determine impacts to people Customize and implement OCM deliverables: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan Support the establishment of OCM governance structures and processes to ensure consistency across initiatives Coach managers and supervisors on how to leverage OCM tools and resources Oversee integration of change management activities into project plans
