Overview

Organizational Change Management Lead with focus on large-scale digital/business transformation and integration projects. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. This is a permanent full-time role. Responsibilities

Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Complete change management assessments and identify resistance points Partner with Project/Program managers to document current state, future state and gap analysis to determine impacts to people Customize and implement OCM deliverables: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan Support the establishment of OCM governance structures and processes to ensure consistency across initiatives Coach managers and supervisors on how to leverage OCM tools and resources Oversee integration of change management activities into project plans Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience with large-scale organizational change efforts, including cross-functional initiatives (digital transformation, business transformation, and integration projects a plus) Experience in conducting organizational assessments and incorporating change management principles, methodologies and tools Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and active listening abilities Ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization Change management certification or designation desired Job Details
