Overview

The Vice President of Logistics leads the end-to-end logistics strategy and execution for the LVMH Fashion Group Americas, consisting of multiple fashion and leather goods Maisons such as Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo, and Emilio Pucci, among others. This role is responsible for warehousing, transportation, customs compliance, and sustainability under a shared-services model. The VP ensures operational excellence, cost optimization, and alignment with global business priorities while driving innovation and building a high-performing Logistics team. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Develop and execute Logistics strategy aligned with Group financial and operational objectives, including warehouse network planning, contract negotiations, and SAP system integration. Lead strategic projects such as rate-card negotiations and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to brand presidents and the CFO, providing insights on cost savings, logistics KPIs, and service-level impacts. Operations & Performance Oversee third party-operated warehouses, brokers, and freight forwarders—managing contracts, service levels, and operational efficiency. Ensure reliable, cost-effective transportation and distribution across North America and international markets, balancing air, ocean, and ground freight solutions. Lead customs compliance and regulatory strategy, including import/export management and duty optimization. Drive sustainability initiatives across Logistics, including carbon reduction in transportation and packaging innovation, as well as recycling initiatives. Team & Organizational Development Lead and manage a team of Logistics professionals, ensuring operations are well-managed based on each brand's logistics model and flow. Build a dynamic and efficient working team, and plan for each team member's individual development. Coach and develop managers and analysts, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead Logistics budget construction in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance. Lead negotiations with third-party Logistics providers to optimize cost structures. Develop and track KPIs such as cost per unit, warehouse productivity, and freight optimization savings. Transformation & Projects Oversee Logistics readiness for major system implementations. Lead RFPs for warehousing, ocean, and air freight providers, ensuring best-in-class service and cost efficiency. Champion Logistics Transformation projects. Qualifications

15+ years of progressive logistics leadership experience, ideally in luxury fashion. Proven expertise in 3PL management, warehouse contracts, and international logistics. Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated success in delivering cost savings while maintaining service excellence. Track record of building high-performing teams and leading organizational change in a shared-services environment. Knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and sustainability practices. The compensation for this position ranges from $200,000–$250,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
