Provides leadership to a team of project, program, and compliance managers to deliver multiple IT security projects, including large and complex initiatives. Organizes workstreams to integrate InfoSec projects with business unit solutions and serves as liaison between Cybersecurity and business. Responsible for setting goals, organizational structure, performance feedback, and compensation decisions. Interfaces with executive leadership, OIT leadership, project managers, campus partners, and cross-functional teams. Supervises assigned staff. Responsibilities
Provide continuous leadership in maturity of cybersecurity programs to a team of project managers delivering multiple IT security projects, including large and complex projects. Drive on-time, on-scope delivery of IT security solutions, releasing new features/capabilities, fixing bugs, and eliminating technical debt, in partnership with university stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and prepare professional communications on information security topics. Define program/project scope, goals, and deliverables; maintain the program roadmap with clearly defined outcomes and value statements. Oversee InfoSec program and project dashboards, scorecards, reporting, and metrics; monitor progress and provide release status updates to senior partners and project teams. Produce cybersecurity program and project dashboards, scorecards, reporting, and metrics to monitor progress and provide updates on program execution. Organize workstreams for integrating cybersecurity projects with business unit solutions; act as liaison between Cybersecurity and business. Ensure effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple teams and vendors. Communicate program status and escalate issues to key stakeholders; explain cybersecurity initiatives in clear terms for non-technical audiences. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience Seven to nine years of job-related experience. Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications Project Management Office (PMO); Scrum Certification; CISSP; CISM; CISA. Preferred Educational Qualifications Master's degree. Preferred Experience Ten or more years of progressive project management experience. Preferred Skills Experience with federal cybersecurity requirements (NIST, FISMA, CMMC, DFARS). Experience managing Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs; project/program management. Leadership experience with teams up to 10 people. Salary and Benefits

Knowledge : Program management principles, SDLC/Agile/Scrum, identity and access management, budgeting, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Skills : Written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, use of project management tools (JIRA), statements of work, customer service, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office.
