Corporate Controller
who brings deep accounting expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and a passion for driving financial performance in a mission-driven organization. Base pay range:

Own the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial statements. Deliver insightful financial reporting and variance analysis to senior leadership. Align accounting practices with strategic business goals. Internal Controls & Compliance:
Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity. Lead external audits and ensure full compliance with US GAAP and regulatory standards. Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to provide financial insights that drive smarter decisions. Support business development with client-facing financial analysis and presentations. Payroll & Cost Accounting Oversight:
Oversee payroll accounting and ensure accurate cost allocations across departments. Analyze labor and operational costs to support margin improvement initiatives. Process Optimization & Systems Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency; leverage technology and automation to streamline accounting workflows. What You Bring
CPA or equivalent
with 9+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or industry roles. Deep knowledge of
US GAAP , internal controls, and financial reporting standards. Proven leadership in managing accounting teams and cross-functional collaboration. High proficiency in
Excel
and financial systems; ERP experience preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Why You’ll Thrive Here
