With a strong presence in our industry and a commitment to innovation, we are seeking a strategic finance leader to elevate our FP&A capabilities.

Position Summary The Director of FP&A will lead the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is critical in driving financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering with senior leadership to shape the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including long-range planning.

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, M&A evaluations, and scenario planning.

Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.

Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies.

Prepare board-level presentations and investor reporting for PE stakeholders.

Manage and mentor a team of three FP&A analysts, fostering professional development and high performance.

Implement and optimize FP&A tools and systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

Support due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership roles.

Experience in a private equity-backed environment strongly preferred.

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
