Provide advice and counsel to multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues, including transactions. Assist multinational companies with international and domestic labor and employment issues, from expansion into or exit from new jurisdictions to deploying and managing a global workforce, and defending them in litigation. Translate the international landscape for in-house counsel and managers with global responsibilities. Lead cross-border and multi-disciplinary employment projects providing commercially practical support for clients\' global operations. Qualifications
Strong academic credentials from a top law school and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills; prior top law firm employment practice experience preferred. Some employment counseling experience and a background in international employment law; recent law graduates are welcome to apply. Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members. Admitted and in good standing of the Bar in the state of employment; if a recent law graduate, must demonstrate they will be sitting for the bar exam.
