Join Mondelēz International as a Reliability Engineer. The role focuses on ensuring site manufacturing and support activities run without interruption, maintaining facilities, buildings and equipment, and achieving 100% compliance with local regulations and Quality, Health Safety & Environment standards. How You Will Contribute

Develop and implement a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operating plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and service providers. Establish governance to review operational performance and drive continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class results. Lead Building and Facilities maintenance programs and ensure adherence to business continuity, manufacturing standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure knowledge of these requirements across site personnel and service providers. Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team in IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma methodologies, aiming for zero breakdowns through preventive/predictive maintenance, CBM, visual controls, lubrication and calibration of equipment, and related practices. Model company values, develop talent within the Plant technical/engineering team, and implement succession and resource plans for assets and technology. Interface with key stakeholders to align priorities and deliver company objectives through effective relationships and collaboration. What You Will Bring

Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Safety and GMP standards. Engineering background with financial and business acumen, project management skills, knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment, PM expertise, spare parts management, SAP PM end-user knowledge, and automation basics. Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills; ability to analyze data, solve problems, and build teams. Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Job Specific Requirements

Experience with SAP PM is a plus; proficiency with MS Office. Minimum 2 years in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or related field. Work Schedule

1st shift, 6:45am – 2:45pm or 08:00am – 04:00pm Travel

The anticipated base salary range is $71,000 – $85,000, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
