Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities remain uninterrupted, with no facilities shortages or issues. You will achieve 100% compliance to local legal regulations, quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment (hardware & software).

How You Will Contribute

Works cross functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities road-map and annual operating plan which is a competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals. Establish a strong governance to review & control Operational performance and continuous Improvement plan to deliver against best in class both internally and externally.

Lead and be accountable for the Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs & overall operations. Ensure adherence to the business continuity plan, manufacturing standards and government regulations, reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.

Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, CBM (Condition Based Monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment.

Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and building skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engage with modern practices. Have a clear people succession and resource plan, for the asset & technology population, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain and develop critical talent.

Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver company objectives and goals.

What You Will Bring

Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.

An engineer with strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, spare parts management, SAP PM module end‑user knowledge, technology & engineering automation basics.

Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team‑based environment. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building.

More About This Role

Equipment Maintenance and Reliability: Ensuring reliability, availability, and performance of equipment and machinery within a facility through maintenance strategies, reliability analyses, and optimization of preventive and predictive programs.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conducting RCAs to identify underlying factors contributing to failures and implementing corrective actions.

Predictive Maintenance Technologies: Familiarity with vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasonic testing.

Data Analysis and Decision‑Making: Using data‑driven analysis tools to prioritize maintenance tasks and optimize resource allocation.

Continuous Improvement Culture: Driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering collaboration to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensuring maintenance activities comply with regulations and industry standards.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with operations, engineering, quality assurance, and procurement.

Training and Development: Supporting ongoing training and professional development.

Performance Metrics and KPIs: Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.

Extra Ingredients

Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, including reliability analysis, FMEA, RCA, and predictive maintenance techniques.

Proficiency with CMMS and reliability software tools.

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

Job Specific Requirements

Experience with SAP PM module and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, or a related field.

Work Schedule

1st shift, 6:45 am – 2:45 pm or daily (08:00 am – 04:00 pm).

Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,640; the exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
