An amazing company in Chicago is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to join their team. As a
Sr. HR Business Partner , you will collaborate with executives and senior leaders across departments to shape and execute human capital strategies that support organizational growth and transformation. You’ll combine deep business acumen with HR expertise to drive performance, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels. Base pay range

Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational change initiatives. Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and team effectiveness. Analyze business trends and HR metrics to influence strategy and improve decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture. Lead complex performance management situations, investigations, and conflict resolution efforts. Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives across the organization. Support talent development strategies including leadership development, learning programs, and internal mobility. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align recruiting strategies with business growth. Facilitate calibration and performance review processes, succession plans, and employee career development discussions. Ensure alignment and compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and HR best practices. Collaborate on compensation planning, benefits strategy, and workforce analytics. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize HR operations and support scalability. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. Minimum
7–10 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 3 years in a strategic business partner or HR leadership role. Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and managing complex HR issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong working knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR policy development. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results through collaboration. Seniority level
