Position overview: We are seeking an associate attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to join our dynamic employment practice. This is a growth role for a litigator who wants hands-on case responsibility, trial exposure, and a long-term career trajectory within a nationally respected team. Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day litigation tasks, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings. Represent employers in single-plaintiff and class/collective actions, as well as administrative proceedings. Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management strategies. Work closely with partners and senior counsel to develop case strategy and deliver excellent client service. Required qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the California Bar. 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, including wage-and-hour or discrimination matters. Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple matters simultaneously. Preferred qualifications: Experience with class action defense or PAGA claims. Deposition and/or motion hearing experience. Familiarity with federal and state employment agencies (EEOC, DFEH, DLSE).
