Advising and representing clients on employment law matters in California state and federal courts Managing wage and hour cases, class actions, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination matters Familiar with wage and leave laws, compliance matters (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FLSA, and California Labor Codes), policy development, compliance training, and managing pre-litigation disputes Qualifications
Juris Doctor in good standing with the California Bar Minimum of 5+ years of employment law experience Employment type
