Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering deep, value-driven relationships with clients to maximize engagement and long-term retention Educate customers on effectively integrating employer solutions into their workflows, ensuring seamless adoption Demonstrate measurable ROI by consulting customers on business improvements and leveraging employer solutions Identify business challenges and opportunities to maximize the impact of employer's solutions for each client Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities for customers to adopt additional employer products and services Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting role, preferably in a SaaS environment Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, and upsell expansion Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into impactful solutions Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications

Technical proficiency, including familiarity with CRM platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required Benefits
