About the Role: The Store Manager position is a salaried role. The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads day-to-day store operations, coaching and developing teammates, and supporting Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and tire service centers by promoting products and services to guests. Responsibilities

Develop sales and technical teammates to produce a consistent 5-star Guest experience. Ensure sales goals are achieved by developing and implementing sales plans and maintaining thorough knowledge of services and products. Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales and satisfaction. Support teammates in establishing a productive sales environment through training on shop operations and guest services. Provide direction and oversight to technicians and assist where needed with services/repairs. Ensure the store is effectively staffed by managing recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and developing teammates. Control expenses through payroll, store maintenance, supplies, utilities, and other controllable costs. Manage inventory, including pulling tires and parts and stocking inventory. Audit courtesy inspections performed by teammates. Maintain store condition to Monro standards for cleanliness and guest readiness. Schedule guest appointments and assign teammates according to skill level for efficient service. Achieve sales goals by informing and recommending tire and service products and promotions. Attend to guest needs in sales, service, complaints, and adjustments; build guest relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty. Assist teammates in conveying repair and service needs to guests. Understand and adhere to company policies, governmental standards including environmental codes, and ANSI/OSHA standards; consistently follow safety guidelines. Maintain technical knowledge and complete Monro University training modules. Operate and maintain equipment safely per Monro and manufacturer guidelines (lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc.). Perform other duties as assigned. Profile Summary

Ability to mentor, coach, and develop teammates. Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer complaints. Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment. Proven ability to manage, drive, and deliver financial results while controlling costs. Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve goals. Ability to problem solve, manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Effective communication with teammates and guests. Complete all Monro required training within guidelines and timing provided. Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory MVR. Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This job operates in an automotive shop environment with moderate noise, exposure to elements, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. The following are typical requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to see and lift, carry, and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs without assistance. Frequent standing and walking for long periods. Frequent reaching, squatting, bending, kneeling, and twisting. Benefits
