Medical Director, Clinical Development
Overview: Seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead and support clinical development programs in autoimmune diseases. The role involves advancing novel therapeutic candidates from preclinical to clinical stages and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Provide medical leadership for clinical trials across multiple indications Support transition of preclinical projects to clinical development Conduct medical monitoring and review of clinical trial data Contribute to clinical development documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions Engage with external investigators and research collaborators Qualifications: MD or MD-PhD (or equivalent); advanced training or research in immunology preferred Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience, with at least 2 years in industry late-phase clinical development Experience in autoimmune therapeutics or relevant specialty training preferred Strong ability to interpret and communicate clinical data Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, clinical trial design, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compensation: Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
