Join a collegial team of 5 CRNAs at a thriving community hospital located in one of greater Minneapolis\' fastest growing areas! Responsibilities
Independent practice with no physician oversight Full time pay for a 4-day work week: Monday-Thursday only! Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, ~2000 cases in 2024 Nicely varied case mix: lots of General Surgery and Ortho, plus some ENT, Ophthalmology, Gyn, Uro, Podiatry, etc. No heads/hearts/Peds Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. There are no "power struggles" here. Compensation & Benefits
Extremely competitive compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available. Up to $80K+ signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support Zero on-site call & additional generous call-back pay for any return to facility Robust benefits package includes 37-42 days of Time Off, plus 10 days of Caregiver Leave Health/dental/vision insurance, fertility/family building assistance, malpractice w tail, 401K match & more Living in the Twin Cities
