Overview
Join a collegial team of 5 CRNAs at a thriving community hospital located in one of greater Minneapolis' fastest growing areas. Independent practice with no physician oversight Full time, 4-day work week: Monday-Thursday only Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, ~2000 cases in 2024 Varied case mix: lots of General Surgery and Orthopedics, plus ENT, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Urology, Podiatry, etc. No heads/hearts/peds Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. Extremely competitive compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available. Up to $80K+ signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support Zero on-site call & additional generous call-back pay for any return to facility Robust benefits package includes 37-42 days of Time Off, plus 10 days of Caregiver Leave Health/dental/vision insurance, fertility/family building assistance, malpractice with tail, 401K match & more Living in the Twin Cities’ Fastest Growing Community
