Overview

Participates in all necessary team meetings for programs, and compiles and analyzes data for risk management, trend analysis, and quality improvement purposes. Presents feedback from data analysis to upper management on a monthly basis. Reviews service plans for trend analysis. Maintains knowledge of Division of Developmental Disabilities regulations, circulars, and licensing standards. Maintains interdepartmental compliance with DDD, DHS, and other relevant state departments, and with federal rules and regulations. Supervises the clinical team to facilitate positive outcomes for individuals served. Participates in all clinical team meetings for individuals served. Promotes and models an appropriate support system for departments within APluscare. Maintains adherence to APluscare Policies and Procedures and to relevant service programs manuals. Conducts monthly program visits for quality assurance data analysis and verification. Conducts weekly supervision with assigned department heads. Performs statistical data analysis for completed service review surveys to identify best practices, trend analysis, and risk management. Develops, manages, and presents quarterly status analysis reports to APluscare management. Ensures efficient and compliant daily operations of the quality assurance department, including QA audits, incident reporting, and management processes. Ensures efficient and compliant daily operations of day supports, housing, service programs, IT, and other related areas as applicable, with a focus on person-centered services and operational integrity. Qualifications
A Master's degree in Health Care Administration or related field with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Employee must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in inspections or investigations. Employee must complete and demonstrate proficiency in all required trainings. Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license. Must be at least 18 years of age.
