Support CFR Part 11-compliant systems, especially around validation, GCP, and documentation
Develop and execute a clear, collaborative annual roadmap for IT that aligns with company initiatives
Participate in every new client setup (Medidata, internal systems, etc.) to ensure proper IT integration
