Now seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to oversee a Marriott-branded hotel's financial operations, ensuring profitability and compliance by managing budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and internal controls. Key responsibilities include advising senior management, safeguarding assets, and leading the finance team, while requiring strong leadership, financial analysis, and accounting expertise. Responsibilities
Lead all accounting and financial operations including P&L ownership, month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, cash management, audits, internal controls, and ownership reporting. Manage and develop a finance team. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all financial reports, including monthly P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, forecasts, and ownership communications. Establish and maintain strong internal controls across all operational areas. Partner with the GM and department heads to align financial planning with operational goals. Serve as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing financial insights to guide business decisions and long-term strategy. Support ownership relations through reporting and proactive communication on financial performance. Qualifications
Required : 5 to 10 years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry. Required Skills
Previous hotel finance experience is required. Preferred Skills
Marriott experience is a plus. Seniority level
