We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial

Co-Head of Investment Banking

to join our firm and help lead deal origination, client engagement, and execution across multiple industries. This role is tailored for a seasoned investment banker who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment and is passionate about working with founder- and family-owned businesses in the lower middle market (LMM). As Co-Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the firm, driving business development, and closing transactions. This is a

remote position

with a flexible structure, suited for an outgoing, self-motivated individual who enjoys autonomy and has strong connectivity in the market. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage client relationships, focusing on founder-led and family-owned businesses in the LMM space. Originate new deal opportunities and build a robust pipeline across various industries (industry-agnostic approach). Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage deal execution from engagement through close. Represent the firm in the market, attending conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings. Provide strategic insight on market trends, positioning, and firm growth initiatives. Work closely with the leadership team to guide the overall direction of the investment banking practice. Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private capital markets. Ideally at a Senior Associate title or higher. Proven track record of originating and closing deals, particularly with founder- and family-owned businesses. Deep understanding of the LMM deal landscape (typical EV range: $10M - $150M). Energetic and confident communicator with strong interpersonal and networking skills. Self-starter with a business development mindset; thrives in a remote and entrepreneurial setting. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative leadership team. Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Compensation Structure
