Overview
You will be the EO/IR Systems Engineer / Tech Lead for our innovative engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge IR sensor technologies, driving product innovation, and supporting existing products in production.
What You Will Be Doing As the EO/IR Systems Engineer / Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development of IR sensors, executing project plans, and ensuring successful product delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading technical teams in IR sensor development
Performing EO/IR analysis and modeling to support system concept development and design verification
Acting as project engineer or technical lead, planning, monitoring, and tracking program tasks, schedules, budgets, and earned value
Supervising and directing engineers and technicians in mechanical, electrical, and optical tasks
Debugging, troubleshooting, and providing technical direction and support to production operations
