We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Head of Human Resourcesto lead the strategic direction, development, and execution ofcomprehensive human capital initiatives across a multi-entity,multinational organization. In this role, you will oversee all core HRfunctional areas, including Talent Management, Benefits, EmployeeRelations, HRIS, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation, andOrganizational Development. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement global HR strategies across multipleentities and/or geographies that align with business objectives Partner with executive leadership to drive organizationaltransformation, workforce planning, and talent optimization Fosters a culture of inclusion by championing collaboration,employee engagement, and a strong sense of belonging across all entities Direct and mentor a high-performing HR leadership team, fosteringcollaboration, innovation, and operational excellence Elevate existing HR team capabilities to support globaloperations, including cross-functional training, internationalcompliance readiness, and strategic alignment with global business goals Build scalable HR infrastructure to support growth across multiplebusiness units and international markets Design and govern global compensation and benefits programs thatare competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations Serve as strategic advisor on complex employee relations matters,including investigations, conflict resolution, and legal risk mitigation Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, labor laws,statutory reporting, and ethical standards, including EEOC, OSHA,GDPR, and other international mandates Partner with Global Compliance Officer to develop programs thatmeet applicable governmental legal requirements and industry regulations Oversee HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, analyticscapability, and seamless integration across multiple entities Leverage data to inform strategic decisions, monitor KPIs, anddrive continuous improvement Lead initiatives in leadership development, succession planning,and employee engagement Provide expert counsel to senior leadership on emerging HR trends,regulatory changes, and strategic workforce issues Represent Wedbush in global forums, conferences, and stakeholdermeetings, driving thought leadership and innovation Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, orrelated field, Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, includingglobal HR strategy and operations Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR are required Proven track record in leading HR functions across multipleentities and regions Experience in M&A integration, organizational transformation,and change management. Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, etc.) Experience using data analytics to drive workforce planning and decision-making Understanding of AI and automation trends in HR Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goalsinto HR initiatives Financial Service industry experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success in building high-performing HR teams andfostering a culture of accountability What We Offer
