Architect and execute end-to-end enrollment strategies that resonate with visionary families Create and deliver captivating information sessions that transform curiosity into commitment Become a visible community leader through active participation in local events and initiatives Forge strategic alliances with community pillars and thought leaders Provide data-driven insights on community engagement and enrollment trends What You Won’t Be Doing
Following cookie-cutter sales playbooks or impersonal outreach strategies Compromising Alpha\'s educational excellence to boost numbers Taking a hands-off approach to community relationships Desktop-bound administration – you\'ll be in the field, making real connections Director Of Community Engagement Key Responsibilities
Your primary mission is to cultivate a robust waitlist of 150+ students through authentic community engagement and strategic relationship building. Success means creating such compelling value that families actively seek to become part of the Alpha community. Basic Requirements
Local residence near one of our campus locations (Scottsdale, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, or New York City) U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available) Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in educational outreach, enrollment management, or family engagement Outstanding communication abilities that inspire trust and drive action Proven track record of guiding complex decision-making processes Passionate alignment with Alpha\'s innovative, results-driven educational approach About Alpha
