Join Alpha as we redefine learning for the next generation. As our Director of Strategic Parent Engagement, you will bridge innovative education with engaged families. This role is primarily on-site (80%), embedded in campus communities, and focused on enrollment growth and parent relationships. Campus locations include Scottsdale, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, and New York City. This is not a traditional admissions role. You will shape a movement, work with a high-standard organization, and help position Alpha’s students among the top nationwide performers. What You Will Be Doing Architect and execute end-to-end enrollment strategies that resonate with forward-thinking families Lead dynamic information sessions that transform interest into advocacy Establish a trusted community presence through local engagement and outreach Build strategic alliances with community leaders and organizations Provide data-driven insights on parent engagement and market dynamics What You Won’t Be Doing Following cookie-cutter sales playbooks or impersonal outreach Compromising Alpha’s standards to boost numbers Taking a hands-off approach to parent relationships Managing enrollment from behind a computer screen Director Of Strategic Parent Engagement – Key Responsibilities Drive campus growth by building a robust waitlist of 150+ students through strategic community engagement and authentic relationship building. Basic Requirements Local presence near one of our campus locations (Scottsdale, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, or NYC) U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available) Minimum 5 years of proven experience in education-focused family engagement or enrollment Superior communication abilities that inspire trust and action Demonstrated success in guiding complex decision-making processes Passionate alignment with Alpha’s innovative educational approach About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that uses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. Alpha aims to create a paradigm where students master core academics quickly, freeing time for hands-on, passion-driven learning. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is available immediately and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record.
