As the Influencer & Community Growth Lead, you will take our brand voice and make it heard, felt, and remembered across social media, emerging tech platforms, industry communities, and real-world activations. Reporting directly to the SVP of Growth, this role is about bringing real-world stories and people to the forefront - connecting on a human level, building relationships, and creating experiences that resonate authentically with individuals, not just organizations. From TikTok and podcasting to influencer collaborations and event-based activations, you’ll use creative, non-traditional approaches to put our voice in the conversations and spaces that matter most, ensuring Thought Industries is seen as a relatable, innovative, and indispensable leader. This is a full-time position based in our Boston office, with a requirement to work onsite at least three (3) days per week as part of our hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities

Amplify the Brand Voice - Take the tone, style, and narrative developed by the brand team and bring it to life across social and community touchpoints - using fresh, creative approaches that connect on a human level, excite and inspire audiences, and showcase the brand in bold new ways. Own Social Presence - Lead our day-to-day voice and engagement on core social channels, ensuring consistent, human connection with audiences Expand onto New Platforms - Identify and launch our presence on emerging channels (TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn audio, etc.) that align with audience behaviors. Create Engaging Experiences - Develop interactive and immersive formats - podcasts, livestreams, AMAs, digital activations - that encourage dialogue and connection and showcase Thought Industries as real, human, leaders and innovators Build Influencer & Partner Relationships - Collaborate with industry influencers, creators, and community leaders to extend reach and credibility. Drive Community Growth - Foster active, engaged professional communities both online and at live events. Showcase Product Value - Work with Product and Growth Marketing to translate product launches, updates, and customer stories into shareable, relatable content experiences. Measure Impact -Track engagement, reach, and influence metrics; adjust approaches to continuously expand our presence and connection. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in social media leadership, influencer relations, community building, or digital engagement. PLG and SLG understanding and experience in the different strategy approaches Proven ability to take an established brand voice and amplify it effectively across multiple platforms. Experience in launching and growing presence on emerging social or tech platforms. Skilled in creating experiences that resonate with audiences beyond traditional corporate content. Strong collaboration skills with brand, product, and marketing teams. Comfortable representing the brand in both online and offline settings. Additional Information
