Overview
Towne Park; Director of Supply Chain leads procurement, co-manufacturing, and inventory management with an emphasis on Asian supplier and manufacturing partnerships. This role oversees global procurement strategies, manages co-manufacturing operations across Asia, and drives inventory optimization to support a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. It involves building and optimizing an end-to-end global supply chain that supports the company’s next stage of growth. Responsibilities include designing systems, processes, and partnerships to ensure long-term resilience, flexibility, and cost-efficiency. Over time, the role will expand to lead a high-performing supply chain team. Essential Functions

Lead global procurement strategies and develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers across the region. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity. Monitor supplier performance and mitigate risks in the supply base. Manage relationships with third-party manufacturing partners in Asia. Oversee onboarding, performance management, and compliance of co-manufacturers. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure contract manufacturers meet product specifications, timelines, and regulatory standards. Drive improvements in lead times, production reliability, and cost efficiency. Develop and implement inventory strategies to balance service levels with cost. Monitor global inventory levels and ensure alignment with demand planning and sales forecasts. Optimize stock across multiple locations (warehouses, 3PLs, co-manufacturers). Establish KPIs and reporting processes to reduce excess and obsolete inventory. Collaborate with customer service and operations to ensure excellent service levels. Support initiatives that improve order accuracy, on-time delivery, and issue resolutions with our deployment team. Improve and innovate customer service platform. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred). Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain leadership roles, with significant time spent managing Asia-based procurement and co-manufacturing. Knowledge & Skills: Deep understanding of Asian supply markets, sourcing strategies, and manufacturing dynamics. Proven success in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working with ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.). Familiarity with customer support or order fulfillment operations preferred. Scope
Authority to Act: Performs duties independently with minimal supervision, operating from specific and definite directions and instructions. Decisions are of a routine nature made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies and procedures. Mistakes/errors may result in work stoppage, loss of business, poor customer relations and/or damage to product, all of which can have negative financial implications for the organization.
