Responsibilities
Build and lead the HEOR function, developing integrated strategies and tactical plans
Design and execute real-world evidence projects to support health economic/value propositions
Oversee the development of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
Collaborate cross-functionally to align HEOR tactics with business strategies and regulatory guidelines
Manage vendor selection and external research partners to ensure timely study delivery
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 7 years in HEOR
Master’s Degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD) in a relevant discipline
Proven track record in designing and leading real-world research for U.S. payer value and access
Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare system dynamics, including payer structures and regulatory trends
Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to influence strategy across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HEOR strategy for product launch, including pre-launch evidence generation
Knowledge of endocrine and/or obesity space
Proficiency in real-world evidence analytics platforms and methodologies
