Job Description: The Consulting Leadership Business Support Manager provides high-level administrative support to leadership within Consulting. This role ensures efficient and effective operations through comprehensive support, including editing complex documents, managing schedules, coordinating travel, developing communications, interacting with clients/prospects, preparing for client/prospect meetings, coordinating meetings, interfacing with internal support functions, and assisting with internal projects. The position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Close collaboration with administrative teams, client service teams, and internal support functions is essential. Responsibilities Manage schedules and arrange meetings for leadership Coordinate travel arrangements and event support Prepare, edit, format, and proofread complex documents and communications Support communications and proposals with clients and prospects Generate reports and manage data Interact with internal Crowe support functions (contracts, billing, sales management, risk management, etc.) Proactive meeting prep and debrief Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures Oversee the work of the Administrative Team Ensure adherence to firm standards and best practices Some travel is required in support of the leadership team Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an administrative support role Experience in professional services operations Tech-forward with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other firm-supported platforms Willingness to learn and utilize AI including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills Experience in project coordination and process management Preferred Qualifications and Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional attention to detail Solution-oriented problem solver Knowledge of internal business practices and priorities Experience in a professional services firm Ability to bring thought leadership and innovative ideas We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. Compensation The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
