Energy Drink Brand Marketing Specialist

We’re a fast-growing Gen Z beverage startup reimagining energy drinks for the modern professional. We’re looking for a highly versatile and creative Marketing and Brand Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves to wear many hats — from running influencer campaigns to producing social media content, directing photoshoots, and organizing brand activations. You’ll be at the center of bringing our brand to life across digital and real-world channels.
Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing:
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliates. Set up, track, and optimize influencer campaigns to drive engagement and sales. Email Marketing:
Build and manage email/SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including automation flows, segmentation, and performance reporting. Content Creation & Social Media:
Plan, shoot, and edit content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Photoshoots & Creative Direction:
coordinating photographers, videographers, and talent. Events & Pop-Ups:
Plan and execute pop-up activations, sampling events, and community engagements. General Marketing Support:
Learn and implement new software tools and platforms as needed. Requirements
2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands. Strong knowledge of
social media platforms
(Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and trends. Comfortable managing
influencer relationships
and campaign logistics. Experience in
event planning
or activations. Self-starter who can learn new tools quickly and execute with minimal guidance. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Bonus Points
Graphic design, video editing, or photography skills. Experience with Shopify, marketing platforms, or analytics tools. Prior work in a startup or high-growth environment.
