Develop the company’s overall financial strategy to support business development and long-term strategic goals. Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and capital planning to optimize the capital structure. Financial Management
Oversee the company’s financial accounting, report preparation, and financial analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. Manage cash flow, cost control, tax planning, and internal audits. Risk Control and Compliance
Establish and improve the internal control system to mitigate financial and operational risks. Ensure the company’s financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Investment and Capital Operations
Responsible for financial evaluation and decision support for financing, investment, and M&A projects. Manage the investment portfolio to achieve efficient capital operations and value-added. Team Building and Management
Build an efficient financial team and enhance the professional capabilities and execution capabilities of the finance department. Guide the financial management of each subsidiary or branch.
