Senior Enterprise Account Executive - AZ/CA at Pearson. This role serves as the primary sales contact and trusted business advisor to executive suites at large and complex accounts, responsible for developing and orchestrating sales strategy to maximize revenue, aligning Pearson resources with enterprise opportunities, and driving long-term account growth. The Sr. EAE collaborates with Pearson’s Technology teams to scope and deploy enterprise resources, ensures seamless integration, expands Pearson’s footprint, and promotes growth across the portfolio by engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership and providing thought leadership in Online/Adult/Career Education. Reports to the Director of Enterprise Accounts. Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth in current and future business models; create and execute effective sales plans that deliver customer value, learner progression, and long-term business growth. Lead enterprise integrations as the primary liaison for SIS/LMS, analytics, and credentialing system connections with Pearson solutions, ensuring smooth deployments and interoperability at scale. Deliver executive-level technology presentations and solution demonstrations to B2B client CIOs, CTOs, and senior leaders that highlight Pearson’s capabilities and roadmap. Partner with Digital Fulfillment and Technology teams to deliver technology solutions within enterprise opportunities using qualitative and quantitative criteria, pursuing only those aligned to mission, feasibility, and profitability metrics. Manage a broader territory remit, including Pearson’s largest accounts, institutional systems, and consortia, with accountability for strategic growth and executive-level relationships. Stay current on key issues in the B2BE space, including federal/state legislation, funding models, and trends in digital transformation, credentials, and workforce alignment. Engage with departmental/divisional/executive priorities, communicate these to internal stakeholders, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver positive outcomes for customers and Pearson’s revenue growth. Represent Pearson in national forums, industry associations, and conferences, positioning Pearson as a thought leader in digital fulfillment, credentials, and workforce ecosystems. Qualifications

Exceptional written, oral, presentation, and enterprise technology demonstration skills. Experience executing against P&L and scaling enterprise growth plans. Demonstrated expertise in the higher education/career school market, including selling complex enterprise technology and service solutions. Proficiency with sales reporting, project management, and integration tools; ability to use analytics, financial, and business reporting to support enterprise strategy. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, at least 5 in Higher Education, with proven success in complex enterprise sales, technology integrations, and account management. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA desirable. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is influenced by factors including skill set, experience, and location. The full-time salary range is between $120,000 - $170,000. This role is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan, and information on benefits offered is available here.
