We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished and visionary Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to join our Enterprise/Field Sales team. In this expert-level role, you will lead Cloudflare’s most strategic customer engagements, driving secure and expanding platform sales within focused accounts. The ideal candidate possesses leadership in sales, a profound grasp of enterprise architecture across business, data, applications, and technology, and the ability to articulate how Cloudflare integrates into modern cloud operating models. As a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, you will demonstrate the highest level of sales proficiency, ensuring accurate forecasting, strategic pipeline management, and consistently exceeding targets. You will educate customers and partners on Cloudflare’s product ecosystem and its place within the security landscape. This role requires executive sponsorship programs, engaging with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs, and leading virtual teams that include VPs and SVPs to navigate and close complex opportunities. You will shape customers’ digital transformation journeys and position Cloudflare as a strategic partner. What You’ll Do

Executive-Level Strategic Revenue Leadership: Own and execute critical territory and account plans, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets by closing large-scale platform sales within focused, strategic accounts. Precision Forecasting & Pipeline Mastery: Lead with accurate forecasting and proactive pipeline management; provide strategic guidance that shapes the sales organization. Enterprise Architecture & Business Model Expertise: Demonstrate expert understanding of Enterprise Architecture across business, data, applications, and technology, mapping these to customer business models and modern cloud operating models. C-Suite Engagement & Executive Sponsorship: Lead complex customer engagements across multiple units, applying executive sponsorship programs with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Lead virtual teams including Product Managers, VPs, and SVPs to manage and close strategic opportunities; remove roadblocks and share learnings. Digital Transformation Visionary: Be Cloudflare’s leading voice on digital transformation, identifying customer drivers for change and opportunities within market trends. Organizational Communication & Feedback: Translate cross-department insights into clear messaging; review performance and provide constructive feedback. Long-Term Strategic Impact: Articulate long-term impacts of decisions and build trust by modeling Cloudflare’s standards. Define Goals & Drive Efficiency: Define quarterly team goals and metrics; understand interdependencies and proactively address blockers. Company-Wide Innovation & Problem Solving: Proactively address needs and drive change across the organization. Inclusive Leadership & Future-Proofing: Bring diverse perspectives and anticipate future challenges to benefit Cloudflare. Sales & BI Proficiency: Proficient in advanced sales and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, G Suite, MS Office, MEDDPICC). details are provided below. Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. Estimated annual salary is $320,000-$350,000 (base/variable). This role may be eligible for incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan; the range includes on-target incentive compensation.
