Responsibilities
Act as power administrator for the workflow platform, managing system configuration, templates, and permissions Oversee project management for marketing initiatives, providing status updates and addressing risks to ensure timely delivery Support vendor management processes including onboarding, invoicing, and compliance tracking Assist in developing and improving workflows, project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the marketing team Monitor campaign performance and ROI using dashboards, providing insights for operational reporting Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of marketing operations or related experience Experience supporting or managing components of multichannel marketing campaigns Proficiency in workflow management systems, particularly Wrike or similar platforms Strong skills in performance monitoring and data analysis for reporting purposes Preferred Qualifications
