We’re seeking a bold, data-driven innovator who is grounded in customer insights to shape and accelerate Product Growth for Adobe’s newest mobile app—Photoshop on iOS and Android. Key responsibilities
Define and own the mobile growth roadmap, with a focus on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Your mantra is to bring users to experience core product value quickly and deliver measurable results. Lead a high-velocity experimentation program (A/B testing, multivariate tests, feature gating) across onboarding, push campaigns and in-app experiences that delivers impact on team goals. Partner with product, design and engineering to ship new growth experiences that improve conversion and stickiness Partner with data science on establishing test metrics and a growth activation framework to scale testing and iteration Identify and prioritize opportunities through data analysis, user research, and competitive insights. Champion a growth mindset across the team, fostering rapid iteration and continuous learning. Collaborate effectively across multiple partner teams including Product, Marketing, and GTM ensuring that top priority initiatives are on track to meet business goals. The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of Growth Product Management experience , ideally in mobile and subscription-based products. A blend of large-scale enterprise and fast-paced startup experience is highly valued. Data-driven decision maker
with expertise in analytics, A/B testing, and statistics; proficient in tools like Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Target. Able to quickly interpret dashboards and data analyses, distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights that drive growth decisions. Proven track record of
driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth
through experiments, growth loops, and customer-focused initiatives. Skilled at
navigating complex, cross-functional environments , influencing partner teams, and leading sophisticated projects to execution. Exceptional communicator
who translates insights into compelling narratives that inspire action. Entrepreneurial and passionate about achieving impact, improving processes, and delivering measurable results. Deep empathy for

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
