Global Operations Materials Management Director

role responsible for leading the operations materials management team for Ultrasound, with a focus on transducers. This includes formulating strategic directions, overseeing budgeting processes, guiding global planning developments, and identifying improvement opportunities to decrease cost. Responsibilities

Lead a team including People Managers that focus on material availability, inventory and cost. Manage primary stakeholders: Manufacturing Site Leaders. Formulate strategic directions to ensure material availability to enable business continuity in the production line. Develop and oversee the budgeting process for Ultrasound, manage supplier relationships, ensure alignment with budget goals, forecast expenses accurately, and allocate resources to support operational efficiency and financial objectives. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in supply chain, ideally focused on materials management; 5+ years leading people managers (team size: 90 persons). Skills in Materials, Inventory and Budget Management. As a People Leader, possess a strong performance management mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or equivalent. Must be able to perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. How we work together

We believe we are better together. For office-based teams, in-person presence is expected at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are typically outside the main facilities, at customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Location

The pay range for this position in Washington is $162,120 to $259,392 and in Pennsylvania is $144,750 to $231,600. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
