Role: Dynamics 365 Data Analyst & Migration Specialist We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst & Migration Specialist to help plan and execute multiple migrations from various platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to evaluate the current state of data in the source system and then drive transferring the data accurately and securely, ensuring all elements are included. This involves understanding the data structure in both source and target systems, extracting the necessary information, and mapping it appropriately. The specialist should have experience with data migration tools and be proficient in Dynamics 365. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are important for this role. Attention to detail is crucial, as any errors in the migration process could cause data loss or inconsistencies. You will work closely with the project team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions when it comes to data migration.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute migrations from multiple platforms to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including evaluating source data, extracting information, and mapping data to the target system.
Ensure data transfers are accurate, secure, and complete, with attention to data structure and integrity.
Collaborate with the project team to translate business requirements into technical data migration solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in finance or private wealth/retirement management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization, and reporting)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings and coordinate with stakeholders across all levels
Demonstrated experience serving as a primary point of contact or subject matter expert on data migration initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, influence, and align teams with project objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to multi-task across multiple source systems and data sets
Ability to work well with others, leverage effective emotional intelligence, proactively anticipate and develop solutions, and work collaboratively with multiple teams
Proven experience working in a fast paced and quickly evolving work environment specifically as it relates to changing technology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other CRM platforms i.e. RedTail, Salesforce, etc., and
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Automate) and SQL
Travel
May require travel to various offices at HUB International located throughout the U.S.
