Lead & Review: Manage and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and multi-state entities. Advise Clients: Deliver proactive tax planning and strategies that save money and create confidence. Mentor & Develop: Lead senior staff, juniors, and interns—delegating, reviewing, and guiding their professional growth. Balance Strategy & Technical Work: Research complex tax matters, anticipate regulatory changes, and find opportunities for efficiency. Run Engagements: Take ownership of multiple client engagements, ensuring deadlines and quality are met. Shape the Firm: Collaborate with firm leadership on strategy, operations, and client growth initiatives. What You Bring

Active CPA license (required). 6+ years in public accounting, with strong tax expertise. 4+ years leading staff and client engagements. Knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state tax regulations. Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and teams. Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel (UltraTax experience is a plus). What You’ll Get
