The Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), within Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), provides cyber secure, accredited, and reliable integrated local and wide area networks (WANs) and foundation computing systems to support Navy, joint, and coalition forces across geographically dispersed locations. These networks enable critical command and control capabilities. Provide analyst support for scientific research and evaluation. Responsible for providing engineering trade off support for design decisions Conduct cost trade off analysis for courses of actions designs Provide analyst support to new capabilities designs, including planning and management of changes Provide analyst support to managing installation and sustainment deliverables. Project Analyst

with a

TS/SCI

clearance to provide engineering and scientific management support or, operational research and/or financial cost analysis support to the PMW 160 engineering team supporting Navy programs and operations specifically for planning, budgeting, executing and managing shipboard installations. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in a business or technical field + 7 years of experience; OR associate\'s degree + 10 years of experience OR High School diploma + 13 years of experience. Experience engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis Experience in managing meetings, coordinating activities and creating schedules and reports Experience in developing budgets, scheduling and product evaluations. TS/SCI clearance required U.S. Citizenship is required Desired Qualifications

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it\'s just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $73,200.00 - USD $114,375.00 /Yr.
