Noblis is seeking a Project Analysts with a Secret clearance to provide engineering and scientific management support or, operational research and / or financial cost analysis support to the PMW 160 engineering team supporting Navy programs and operations specifically for planning, budgeting, executing and managing shipboard installations. Responsibilities
Provide analyst support for scientific research and evaluation. Responsible for providing engineering trade off support for design decisions Conduct cost trade off analysis for courses of actions designs Provide analyst support to new capabilities designs, including planning and management of changes Provide analyst support to managing installation and sustainment deliverables. Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in a business or technical field + 7 years\' experience in engineering / science management, operations research analysis, or financial / cost analysis; OR Associate\'s Degree + 10 years of experience OR High School diploma + 13 years of experience. Experience in managing meetings, coordinating activities and creating schedules and reports Experience in developing budgets, scheduling and product evaluations. Secret clearance required U.S. Citizenship is required Desired Qualifications
