JD required with 10+ years of legal experience (law firm + in-house preferred) Proven expertise in securities law, executive compensation, and governance Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Details
Location: Chicago, IL Salary: $188,000.00-$323,950.00
