What You Will Do:
The Nurse Educator is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing and social work staff within Care Coordination as well as the Department of Nursing. In the organization and administration of staff development efforts, the Nurse Educator applies nursing, adult learning, and other theories as appropriate. The Nurse Educator functions as an educational advisor to nursing and social work staff and as a facilitator for their continued development. What Awaits You:

Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing; applicants without the required degree who are enrolled and matriculated in an MSN program may be considered. Five (5) years of nursing experience required.
Three (3) years Case Management experience required. Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maryland Active BLS CPR certification Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
