The Boeing Information Digital Technology Career Foundation Program (IDTS CFP) is a two-year rotation program offering rotations through four different IDT&S skill areas, including software and application development for cloud, product management, data science and analytics, information security, cloud infrastructure operations, and product lifecycle management. Participants will have opportunities for technical training, team events, mentoring, and leadership development through program committees. Responsibilities
Rotate through IDT&S skill areas under mentoring from technology professionals to design, develop, and implement solutions for the business, partners, and customers. Apply and expand skills developed in school and prior IDT&S experiences to build a solid foundation for a Boeing career. Engage with committees that plan events and leadership experiences to grow leadership and organizational skills. Participate in development activities such as site tours, mentoring, roundtables with executives, and leadership seminars. Program Outcomes
Holistic view of the company through cross-business unit rotations. Ownership of development activities and leadership opportunities. Expanded career opportunities, a larger network, and preparation for advanced technical and leadership roles at an accelerated pace. Structured assignments that support ongoing learning and growth. Locations and Relocation
Selected candidates will be extended an offer in one of three US locations: Greater St. Louis Area, Greater Seattle Area, or North Charleston, SC. Location preferences will be considered but not guaranteed. Relocation will be provided as needed. Start dates anticipated in January and/or July 2026, with hybrid work requiring some onsite presence at the listed locations. Export Control and Citizenship
These positions must meet Export Control requirements; a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee). Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor's Degree or higher completed by June 2026 Minimum 3.0 overall GPA on a 4.0 scale Experience in one or more of the following areas: cybersecurity/information security, data science/analytics, UX design, AI/ML, mobile app development, agile product lifecycle, systems design/integration, software development/engineering, digital manufacturing, testing/automation, robotics, AR/XR/VR, computer networks, global systems, IT product/project management, DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or related fields Experience with two or more tools specific to IT&DA skillsets (e.g., development IDEs, information security tools, cloud platforms, DevOps/tools, Microsoft Office, database systems) Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, C#, Java, Rust, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
US Security Clearance Higher-level or advanced degree Certifications in IDT&S skill areas Leadership experience in internships, work, volunteering, or university clubs Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing GPA 3.5 or above Application Requirements
