Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Collaborate closely with field leadership (Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent) and an assigned Assistant PM. Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Drive project delivery to meet or exceed safety, quality, and budgetary goals. Lead with accountability, ensuring project team alignment and performance. What We’re Looking For
Experience in construction project management, ideally with multifamily or wood-frame experience. Proven ability to manage projects independently without micromanagement.
