A Taste of Our Story: Chef Francesco, born in Palermo, Sicily, grew up immersed in the artistry of Italian cuisine. From learning seafood, fish, and risotto mastery at Instituto Alberghiero to bringing his family recipes to life in the U.S., Francesco’s is built on passion, tradition, and an obsession with quality.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to deliver seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
Lead and inspire a talented front- and back-of-house team
Manage payroll, inventory, and use Restaurant365 (R365) to keep everything running efficiently and cost-effectively
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
7+ years of proven restaurant management experience
Mastery in inventory management, cost control, and scheduling
Familiarity with R365 or similar restaurant management software
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
A passion for food, service, and creating an unforgettable atmosphere
Payroll experience with ADP
