This role leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of ADP’s enterprise knowledge platforms, including Salesforce Knowledge Management (internal and external) and the ADP Knowledge Search ecosystem. You will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-impact knowledge experiences for associates and clients, while maintaining a single-source content model powered by Ixiasoft (CCMS). This role blends product ownership, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work with internal development teams, business units, content authors, and platform vendors to ensure delivery, adoption, and evolution of ADP’s knowledge infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
Platform Strategy & Ownership: Define and lead the roadmap for ADP’s enterprise knowledge platforms, aligning with business goals and user needs.
Ensure platform capabilities support omnichannel delivery, including Salesforce (The Zone and Experience Cloud), ADP Knowledge Search UI, SharePoint, and future client-facing portals.
Maintain and evolve the single-source content strategy using Ixiasoft, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Product Management & Technical Coordination: Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, features, and enhancements.
Coordinate with front-end and back-end development teams to manage delivery across ADP Knowledge Search, custom UIs, and publishing endpoints.
Collaborate with GETS (IT) and platform owners to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and performance optimization.
Release Management: Lead end-to-end release process for platform updates, including planning, testing, communication, stakeholder coordination, and deployment readiness.
Monitor Jira tickets, resolve blockers, and manage incoming requests in alignment with roadmap priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business units to understand knowledge needs, tailoring platform configurations and rollout strategies.
Serve as primary liaison with Salesforce as a vendor, staying informed on roadmap updates and best practices.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across content, UX, analytics, and support teams.
Governance & Publishing Oversight: Establish governance models for content structure, tagging, and publishing workflows; ensure content in Ixiasoft is surfaced across channels.
Platform Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities; support the transition to Salesforce KM and GenAI-powered knowledge delivery.
To Succeed In This Role
10+ years of experience in product management, knowledge management, or platform leadership roles.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Search Engines, Ixiasoft, and/or omnichannel publishing ecosystems.
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives involving IT, business units, and external vendors.
Strong change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action and measure impact.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with GenAI-powered knowledge delivery or digital adoption platforms.
Familiarity with metadata, taxonomy, and content modeling best practices.
Exposure to client-facing knowledge strategies and support optimization.
