As we scale, we\'re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own customer insights and help shape how we build, position, and sell our products. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drivenProduct Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. You\'ll lead customer discovery and research efforts, and turn those insights into actionable strategies that guide product direction, sharpen our positioning, and improve sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and Software as a Service (SaaS) experience, and be skilled in customer advocacy, have a passion for deeply understanding consumer needs and the ability to translate insights into programs that can be measured. What You\'ll Do:

Own customer research, including interviews, surveys, and behavior analysis Build personas and customer journey maps to guide strategy Uncover insights that inform product roadmap, messaging, and market targeting Partner with Product to improve positioning and differentiation Advise Marketing on ICP strategy, content focus, and campaign messaging Collaborate with Sales to develop pitches, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and win/loss insights Monitor competitors and market trends to identify threats and opportunities What Were Looking For:

3+ years of experience in B2B and SaaS product marketing, with a focus in customer insights & product research/strategy Experience conducting customer interviews and synthesizing data into clear recommendations Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, marketing, and sales teams Ability to turn insights into go-to-market plans, product positioning and messaging, as well as enablement assets Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Why Vibe:
