Practice Group and seeking a talented
Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Associate Attorney
to join its collaborative, no-ego team. This is not a high-volume PI mill. Instead, you'll handle meaningful cases—catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and complex liability matters—while working closely with partners on strategy and client advocacy. The firm emphasizes sustainability with 40-hour workweeks,
hybrid flexibility , and a culture of collaboration, making it an excellent environment for long-term growth. What You'll Do
Independently manage a docket of litigated and pre-litigation PI cases Handle depositions, discovery, mediations, and motion practice Work with partners on strategy and trial preparation (trial experience not required) Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Contribute to shaping the culture of a small, collegial PI team What’s Offered
Base salary: $140,000 – $180,000 Bonus potential: discretionary/performance-based Hybrid flexibility : 2 days in office to start, later 1 day per week Schedule: 40-hour work weeks encouraged Benefits Highlights
